If you are looking for Italian food in Bangkok, Parma by Mozza is a must-try. Quality ingredients, authentic recipes, and a welcoming atmosphere. At Parma in Central Eastville, we have just added three new dishes to the menu, exclusive to our Bangkok branch, and they're well worth the trip.

Parma in Central Eastville: The Italian Restaurant the Neighborhood needed
Parma Bangkok is located on the 1st floor of the Central Eastville shopping mall on Pradit Manutham Road. It's the perfect spot for any time of day: a quick lunch, a relaxed dinner, or a break after a shopping spree. In addition the terrace is dog-friendly, and we've designed two dishes specially for them. We welcome you daily from 10:30 am to 10:00 pm, and from 10:00 am on weekends.
Come for the Italian food and enjoy the ambiance. The Eastville neighborhood, with its relaxed and friendly atmosphere, perfectly embodies the spirit of Parma: unpretentious, welcoming, and inviting.
Three new dishes, exclusively at Parma Eastville
These three dishes were made for Bangkok only: a fresh appetizer, flavorful pasta, and a new type of pizza. A good reason to come in, with plenty more on the menu when you’re ready to explore.
Octopus Carpaccio - 290 THB

Thin slices of braised octopus, drizzled by a Mediterranean lemon and herb vinaigrette. This carpaccio offers the light and fresh flavors of southern Italy. Enjoy it at any time of the day, as a shared appetizer or a starter. Together, the lemon adds freshness and the herbs enhance the octopus's flavors. The kind of dish you rarely find elsewhere.
Reginette Amatriciana - 390 THB

Amatriciana is one of Rome's four classic pasta sauces. It starts with tomato sauce, guanciale, black pepper, and Pecorino Romano. Then we add braised pork cheek: rich, tender, and deeply satisfying. At Parma, we served it with Reginette pasta, whose wavy shape holds the sauce with every fold.
Schiacciata Parma & Stracciatella - 490 THB

Schiacciata comes from Tuscany. It is thin, crispy, and a street food staple across central Italy. At Parma, it’s filled with Parma ham, stracciatella, arugula, and cherry tomatoes, pressed between two layers of thin and crispy dough. Light enough to share, good enough not to.
Italian cuisine in Bangkok, Parma style
A great carpaccio is a perfect starter, a real Amatriciana takes time and a proper Schiacciata needs quality ingredients to work. That's always been Parma’s philosophy: keep it simple, keep it good. These three dishes are exclusive to Eastville, but the full Parma menu has plenty more worth exploring when you’re ready.
