Happy Hour in Thailand: the Italian Way

If you are looking for a happy hour in Thailand with an Italian touch, Parma is the place to enjoy the tradition of aperitivo. Every day from 4pm to 7pm Aperitivo offers a moment to slow down before dinner. The light turns golden. The table fills up. And for a couple of hours, the rest of the day can wait.

What is the aperitivo, and why does it matter?

In Italy, the aperitivo is a longstanding pre-dinner tradition. A time to meet friends or colleagues for drinks and light bites before the evening meal. Usually enjoyed in the late afternoon, it is a moment to slow down, enjoy good company, and ease into the evening.

It happens in Milan, Rome or Napoli, without a reservation or an excuse. You show up, order a spritz, talk and laugh. You eat a little. And somewhere along the way, the tension of the day dissolves. In Thailand, the ritual translates naturally. The golden hour here is just as real, and the need to pause is just as human.

Happy hour in Thailand at Parma: what to expect

Whether you're near Central Eastville in Bangkok or in Phuket, the aperitivo runs every day from 4 to 7pm. The offer differs by location, here's what to expect at each.

Happy hour in Bangkok at Parma Central Eastville

The antipasti board is available at a special price during happy hour: golden mozzarella bites, Italian dip with house-made focaccia, coppa and prosciutto cotto, caprese salad, and pizza bomba bread.

On drinks: Gin & Tonics and all Spritz drop to 190 THB. Signature cocktails 210 THB, wine by the glass 160 THB. Singha on tap at 89 THB (33cl), 129 THB (50cl), or 239 THB for the full litre — happy hour only.

Happy hour in Phuket: the island version

Buy-one-get-one on all beers and cocktails. Order a bottle of wine or sparkling and a full Stuzzichini board comes with it: pizza bomba bread, parmesan flan, golden mozzarella bites, tomato bruschetta, stracciatella dip, grilled eggplant and zucchini, and Parma ham. A bottle and a board. The right way to spend the last hours of sunlight.

Happy hour in Thailand for everyone with the unique Parma spirit

The aperitivo works because it asks nothing complicated of you. Come with colleagues, with your family, an old friend or a new one. You can either come alone and read something or talk about your next holiday with your friends. The atmosphere adapts, because the setting is relaxed by nature.

At Parma, welcoming people in any situation, at any stage of the evening is central to what the restaurant is. The aperitivo is the clearest expression of that: no fuss, no occasion required, just a comfortable place to enjoy good food and drinks.

This is why it works across our locations. In Bangkok and Phuket in Bang Tao, and Blue Tree, the spirit is the same, though each spot has its own character, its own terrace, its own crowd. Find your nearest Parma location and come as you are.
