Then comes the Italian twist. The Breakfast Pizza is the one to try: a folded pizza dough filled with confit tomatoes, bacon, fried eggs, and a side salad for freshness. Also worth ordering: the Parma Full Breakfast, with a two-egg omelette, tomato salsa, Italian sausages, bacon, hash browns, sautéed mushrooms, and toasted sourdough. And for something lighter, the spinach and cherry tomato omelette keeps it fresh and clean.
Sandwiches and the signature you will come back for
For something easy to eat on the go or at the table, the sandwich menu covers all bases: the Italian Club Sandwich, the Cheesy Egg Mushroom Melt, the classic Ham & Cheese toast and the Roast Beef Sandwich.
However, the dish that keeps people coming back is the Avocado Crust. A smashed croissant, house-made guacamole, a poached egg, parmesan cream, cherry tomatoes, rocket, and shaved parmesan on the top. Fresh, nourishing, and the kind of start to the day you did not know you needed until it becomes the one you cannot do without.
Fresh drinks, homemade
The drink menu is fully homemade. Cold-pressed juices come in Parma signatures like Golden Glow, Tropical Treasure, or Magic Melon.
