Parma by Mozza has opened at Blue Tree Phuket, bringing Italian all-day dining to one of Phuket's most welcoming community destinations. From breakfast through to dinner, the restaurant is open every day from 8:00am to 10:00pm with a covered outdoor terrace, a spacious air-conditioned interior and the Italian food that has made Parma a familiar address for residents and visitors across Thailand.

What sets Blue Tree apart from the other Parma locations is the rhythm of the day. The restaurant opens at 8:00am, which means there is room for a proper breakfast before the day starts, a relaxed lunch between errands, an easy dinner after work or school. The kitchen follows your schedule, not the other way around.
Inside, 46 air-conditioned seats make it a comfortable choice when the midday heat sets in. Outside, a covered terrace with 60 seats overlooks the garden, the kind of setting where you order another coffee without thinking twice, or let dinner stretch a little longer than planned. Blue Tree as a complex has that same energy: local, lived-in, easy to return to and the restaurant fits naturally into it.
Breakfast at Parma Blue Tree
Parma Blue Tree is the only Parma location to offer breakfast, and it's worth coming for on its own terms. The menu is extensive, with our Eggs Benedict with salmon or bacon, the Parma Full breakfast, a breakfast pizza with fried eggs and bacon, or Nutella pancakes for anyone who prefers to start the day on a sweeter note. There is enough variety to suit different appetites and different mornings, whether you're eating with kids or sitting down alone with something to read.
The menu: pasta, pizza and a few things worth singling out
Across lunch and dinner, the full Parma menu is available: fresh pasta made in-house, handcrafted pizza, antipasti and an international wine list with selections from Italy, France, Spain and Australia. If you want to satisfy your seafood craving, spaghetti alle vongole, Mussels & Tomato, Salmon Tartare or Potato and Shrimp soup are available every day, all day long.
The parmesan wheel
Two dishes at Blue Tree are finished tableside inside a whole parmesan wheel: the Truffle risotto and the Tagliatelle with mushrooms. The server brings the wheel directly to the table and tosses the dish inside it. The heat melts the parmesan into the sauce as it's worked through, adding a depth and a rounded taste that you don't get any other way.
Tagliata di Manzo
For those who want something beyond pasta, the Tagliata di Manzo is the best cut on the menu. It's a 270-day aged Australian Black Angus striploin, sliced and served to share. Tender enough to melt without any effort, cooked to your preference. Order it alongside a pasta, a pizza or both and make an evening of it.
